Our Air Conditioning Maintenance Includes:

Full System Inspection, looking for signs of war damage or leaks on both the outdoor
unit (condenser) and indoor unit (evaporator). We look at wiring, capacitors
and other electrical components.

Filter Replacement and Cleaning, replacing or cleaning air filters which could reduce airflow
and could affect the air quality, and place unnecessary strain on the system. Air Filters should be replaced or cleaned every 1 to 3 months depending on environmental factors.

Condenser and Evaporator Coil Cleaning, ensuring the compressor works at optimum levels to reduce energy consumption. The evaporator coil cleaning should be cleaned with a special coil cleaner.

Blower and Fan Maintenance, Checking blower motors, belt, and wheel for wear. Cleaning the blower assembly to ensure efficient airflow. Flan blades are checked to ensure it is clean.

Drip Tray and Drain Line Maintenance, Condensate drain lines are cleaned and any blockages are cleared with a specialized vacuum cleaning tool.

Thermostat Calibration, Calibrating the thermostat and ensuring it is functioning properly.

Once the initial cleaning and operation are checked, we measure the airflow and inspect the ductwork for leaks, blockages and insulation issues. Gas Pressure checks to ensure continuous cooling.
